Come enjoy the great outdoors! Lakeland Public Television is located in the heart of Minnesota‚Äôs beautiful lake country. Forward thinking small market PBS station in Northern Minnesota seeks outgoing, progressive, and highly motivated team player to cultivate, solicit and secure support and major gifts from individuals, corporations, community organizations and private foundations. Duties include grant writing, and soliciting prospects and current supporters for operating support, major gifts, planned giving, endowment, and capital campaign. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred with three years non-profit fundraising/grant writing experience highly desirable. Knowledge of public broadcasting and non-profit operations preferred.

Lakeland has a long history of stability with an excellent board and staff. We are moving into a new headquarters, have no debt, a solid cash position, and the start of an endowment fund. We have a strong community presence with an emphasis on local service, including our own local nightly news. Salary $30-$38k depending on experience.
