A Brainerd father and son have been arraigned for their connection to a stabbing at a downtown Brainerd bar on Sunday. The stabbing occurred outside the Pit Stop Bar on the 700 block of Laurel Street at 12:40 am. 23 year-old Jorie Richard Ray has been charged with first degree assault to cause great bodily harm, second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, and third-degreee assault. 42 year-old Ronald Richard Ray faces charges of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon and fifth-degree assault to cause fear of bodily harm or death. The 24 year-old Brainerd male victim was hospitalized with a collapsed lung. We have not been updated on his condition.
