Television’s, Common Ground captures the creative process of various artists
living in our region. We’re
delving into the veiled history of our area, plus we take you inside the cultural
events that put the North in North Country. On this week’s episode of Common
Ground, Charles Kapsner of Little Falls begins an extensive project that will
honor the men and women of our armed services with murals depicting each branch
of the military.
