Lakes Area Habitat For Humanity Celebrates 101st Home
The Lakes Area Habitat For Humanity finished their one hundred and first house this weekend. The three-bedroom home was built in honor of Sister Vivian a Benedictine Sister.
They started building the house at the end of September it took seven weeks to build, One hundred fifty volunteers and sixteen hundred hours. The estimated price of the project was around eighty thousand dollars of donated funds.
Joleen Matten and her family are the recipients of the house. And they are excited to move in.
Habitat For Humanity plans to build a hundred more homes in the Lakes Area.
